What's Included in the Report

What will you receive at the end of the inspection? At 007 Home Inspections we provide you with all the tools you will need to transition to your new home. To do this we provide a binder that includes the following:

Our Pre-Inspection Agreement

A document that explains the purpose, scope and orientation of the inspection report;

A summary of the inspection report that details an action item list, complete with color photos and color coded notations. (Click here for Sample)

The full inspection report that includes the action items in the summary report along with many other informational items about your new home that you will find helpful. This report also is complete with color photos and color coded notations. (Click Here for Sample)

A copy of the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice upon which your inspection is based

A document that explains what happens after the inspection

A copy of “The Homeowner’s Handbook, A Guide to Preserving the Value of your Home”, a 100+ page guide to all of your home’s systems and components

Additionally we will upload your report, if you like, to our secure web site so that it can be accessed by your agent or any other person that you choose. You simply supply them with the report name and password and they can access it right from our web site.
